We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Team Administrator to join our friendly, supportive, and dedicated team within the Woking Community Team for Older People .
We are a community-based specialist mental health service providing treatment and support to older people with severe and enduring mental health needs who are registered with a GP in the Woking area.
As Team Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and professional administrative and secretarial service. We are seeking an organised, and reliable individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative support. This role is a key part of our multidisciplinary team, helping to ensure the smooth running of our service and supporting the delivery of excellent care to our patients.
Community Mental Health Services are going through a Transformation Programme to work towards and All Age Neighbourhood Mental Health Service. The team is based in Chertsey but looking to relocate in Woking in the near future.
To act as the main admin resource for the team, processing referrals,
letters and other communications effectively to aid with the smooth running of the reception area and provide efficient administrative support for team members.
Receive & process referrals.
Process discharge paperwork & update system accordingly
Type all letters for the team.
Book appointments on patient record system/ update case notes on patient record system as required.
Take minutes at team meetings & transcribe accurately.
Answer telephone calls & relay messages in timely manner.
