We're looking to add a Commercial Administrator to our team here at Frontline. Based out of Chalfont St Peter, this is a critical role within the sales, service and maintenance division, responsible for driving the newly implemented contract renewal process.
Focusing on Service Renewals, the ideal candidate will have proven experience in administration, contract management, or sales support. Whilst being comfortable working with numbers and contractual terms.

SALARY: Up to £40,000.00 DoE

What You'll be Doing as a Commercial Administrator – Service Renewals
Contract Management & Processing
- Execute the end-to-end contract renewal process in line with newly established company procedures
- Monitor upcoming contract expiries and initiate the renewal workflow within the required timeframe
- Generate accurate, timely renewal quotations and documentation for clients
- Ensure all commercial data, pricing models, and service level agreements (SLAs) are up to date and accurately reflected in the CRM/service management system
Internal & External Liaison
- Collaborate closely with the Portfolio Director and broader commercial teams to align on pricing strategies and account-specific requirements
- Act as a point of contact for clients regarding renewal administrative queries, providing clear and professional communication
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, including the Service Desk and Account Managers, to verify that supported systems (e.g., access control, CCTV) are accurately scheduled for ongoing maintenance
Commercial Compliance & Reporting
- Track the status of all issued renewals, following up proactively to secure purchase orders before current agreements lapse
- Maintain meticulous records of client communications, signed contracts, and commercial terms
- Assist in producing weekly and monthly reports on renewal retention rates, outstanding agreements, and commercial performance
- Review Commercial T&Cs and make sure any Risks are highlighted and reviewed by the Chubb Legal team
What We Would Like You To Bring
Essential:
- Proven background in commercial administration, contract management, or sales support
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy, particularly when handling commercial figures and contractual terms
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple renewal workflows simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on professional client engagement
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM or ERP databases
Desirable:
- Previous experience within the physical security, or engineering sectors
- Familiarity with enterprise-level security technology platforms (such as Lenel, C*CURE 9000, Milestone, or Genetec) is highly advantageous
