Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, bartenders, and support personnel, ensuring smooth daily operations
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to foster professional growth and teamwork
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and professionally
- Maintain inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies;
- Uphold restaurant policies, procedures, and safety protocols at all times
Skills
- Proven supervising experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment with strong team management skills
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Culinary experience that demonstrates an understanding of food production processes
- Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced setting
- Strong understanding of hospitality principles, including serving standards and guest relations
- Experience in managing kitchen operations within hotel or restaurant environments is highly desirable
- Barista experience is a plus for managing beverage stations effectively
