We are looking for professional and customer-focused Ad Hoc Security Concierges to join our team. This is a flexible role where shifts are offered on an as-needed basis to support our clients across various locations.
As the first point of contact, you will play a key role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will act in the best interests of our clients and customers at all times, ensuring all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with site assignment instructions and company standards.
- 07:00 – 15:00
- 15:00 – 22:00
- Maintain a safe and secure environment, protecting people, property, and assets.
- Identify potential security risks and take appropriate action to minimise threats and vulnerabilities.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and contractors entering the building.
- Provide a professional, welcoming, and reassuring security presence.
- Verify that all visitors have a legitimate reason to access the premises and direct them appropriately.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a vigilant approach to security.
- Promote a positive security culture and uphold the highest professional standards.
- Complete accurate incident reports and maintain clear written records where required.
- Follow all site-specific assignment instructions, company procedures, and health and safety requirements.

- Able to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Committed to delivering outstanding customer service while maintaining a high level of security awareness.
- A valid SIA Licence.
- The legal right to work in the UK.
- A five-year checkable employment history, or documentary evidence covering any periods of unemployment, self-employment, or full- or part-time education.
- Flexibility to work across different sites and varying shift patterns, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and bank holidays as required.
Please note that this role may involve standing and patrolling for extended periods.
