We Are Recruiting: Support Worker
Location: Lime House, Lowton
Salary: 27,350.04 per annum, pro rata
The role is primarily based at Lime House; however, there will be an expectation to support staffing requirements across our East Pathway when necessary, including services at Lime House and The Orchards.
About the Role
We are looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our caring team at Lime House, a residential home offering a warm, homely environment for elderly residents, including eleven spaces for individuals living with dementia.
In this role, you’ll work alongside an experienced and supportive team, helping us deliver exceptional, person-centred care that addresses the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. Our commitment is to promote dignity, independence, and comfort, ensuring every individual feels valued. Residents also enjoy our beautiful sensory garden—a peaceful space to relax and connect with nature.
Experience and Skills of a support worker:

Enthusiasm for providing outstanding care.
- Willingness to undertake training to achieve a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care (fully funded by Nugent).
- Previous healthcare experience, ideally supporting individuals with dementia (desirable but not essential).
- A good understanding of Person-Centred Care.

Hours of Work

Part-time: 19.5 hours per week
- Full-time: 39 hours per week
