The Role: Experienced Mortgage Broker
We’re looking for an ambitious and professional Mortgage Broker to join our growing team on a self-employed basis.
You’ll have the freedom to manage your own clients and diary, with the reassurance of a highly supportive environment whenever you need it.
While you’ll be expected to generate your own business, we’ll also provide a steady flow of quality leads to supplement your pipeline. You’ll benefit from ongoing guidance, compliance support, and access to a network of over 20 experienced brokers who are always willing to share ideas and solutions.

What We’re Looking For:
- CeMAP (or equivalent) qualified
- Proven experience as a mortgage broker or adviser
- Strong ability to generate and convert new business
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and organised
- Passionate about providing first-class client service
- Eager to contribute to and grow within a dynamic business
