The Lodge Dental Practice in Uckfield is seeking a vibrant, team-focused dental professional to join our Practice Management team in our friendly, private practice. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional dental care, and we enjoy the same high standards from our team.
This flexible role is available for 2-3 days per week, supporting work-life balance so you can perform at your best. This would suit a manager who wants to work part-time with flexible hours.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
- Support and guide the team to enhance performance and patient satisfaction
- Assist with clinical governance, compliance, and health & safety (CQC)
- Use of CRM systems, cloud platforms, and active involvement in creating social media content
- Contribute to financial management: budgeting, invoicing, banking, reporting, and KPIs
- Promote a positive, inclusive team culture and first-class patient service
- Improve treatment acceptance rates through sales process optimisation
- Champion eco-friendly initiatives and waste reduction
- Manage and expand the practice’s social media presence and strategy

Essential Experience:
- A minimum of two years of experience in a managerial role within the field of dentistry and good working knowledge of Software of Excellence
- A qualification in dental nursing with valid indemnity
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage business operations effectively
- Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
- Proficient in business management tools, software and reporting
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written and numerical communication skills
