We are seeking a motivated doctor to lead the development and rollout of an electronic portfolio for locally employed doctors (LEDs) and advanced practitioners.
About the Role
Develop a structured portfolio to support training, supervision, and career progression
Design competency frameworks, assessments, and reflective tools
Support LEDs and international medical graduates (IMGs) with equitable access to development
Work with clinical and education teams to drive engagement and improve training quality
Align the portfolio with workforce priorities, retention, and future consultant development
Gain experience in leadership and medical education
Make a real impact on training quality and workforce sustainability
Help create a more equitable and inclusive training environment
