Duties
- Actively engage with pedestrians and passersby to promote our products, services, or events in busy street locations
- Distribute flyers, samples, or promotional items to attract attention and spark interest
- Clearly communicate key messages about our offerings in a friendly and persuasive manner
- Gather feedback from potential customers and answer questions to enhance their understanding of our brand
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent messaging and effective coverage of designated areas
- Monitor foot traffic and report on engagement levels during shifts
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company’s brand standards at all times
Requirements
- Strong marketing knowledge with the ability to promote products or services confidently
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening and clear speaking abilities
- Customer service experience with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse communities effectively
- Ability to stand, walk, and move actively for extended periods in outdoor environments
- Reliable, energetic, and motivated to achieve promotional goals
- Prior experience in street marketing or event promotion is a plus but not required
