ET Hire Ltd is a rapidly growing, independent tool and access hire company based in Bolton. We pride ourselves on being the North West’s trusted partner for construction, trade, and DIY projects. We are looking for a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to join our team.
In this role, you aren’t just a driver—you are the face of our business. You will be responsible for ensuring our high-quality equipment reaches our customers safely, on time, and with a smile. When you aren't on the road, you will be an integral part of our depot team, assisting with equipment checks and maintaining our high standards of service.
Key Responsibilities
Safe Deliveries & Collections: Transporting a wide range of tools, plant, and access equipment to various customer sites across the northwest region.
Customer Interaction: Providing friendly, professional service and clear, confident demonstrations of equipment operation to customers upon delivery.
Equipment Care: Ensuring all kit is safely loaded, secured, and checked for damage before and after each hire.
Documentation: Accurately completing delivery notes, collection paperwork, and daily vehicle logs.
What We Are Looking For
Full UK Driving Licence: You must have a clean, valid licence.
Professionalism: A strong customer-service mindset—you enjoy meeting people and represent the ET Hire brand with pride.
Safety Focused: A commitment to health and safety, including experience or a willingness to learn about proper load securing and site safety.
Reliability & Punctuality: An ability to plan efficient routes and manage your time effectively to ensure our customers are never left waiting.
Attitude: A "can-do" approach, comfortable working both independently on the road and collaboratively with the depot team.
