Stoke by Nayland Resort is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Weekend Spa Therapist to join the award-winning team at Peake Spa.
Working closely with the Spa Manager and wider spa team, you will deliver high-quality treatments and outstanding customer care, ensuring every guest enjoys a relaxing and memorable experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading spa brands including ESPA, Comfort Zone, and Mii, while continuing to grow your professional skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver professional 5* spa and beauty treatments to guests
- Provide exceptional customer service and guest care
- Promote current spa offers, treatments, and retail products
- Support the achievement of retail and guest satisfaction targets
- Maintain excellent communication with spa and hotel colleagues
- Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed
- Stay informed on current and upcoming spa business activities
- Promote the spa’s most profitable treatments and products
What We’re Looking For
- NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous spa experience preferred but not essential
- A professional, friendly, and reliable approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
- Flexibility to work weekends and varying shift patterns
