Role Overview
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Padel Coach to join our team. This is a chance to shape the coaching programme from the ground up and establish yourself as a leading figure in one of the UK’s fastest-growing sports.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality coaching to adults, juniors, and beginners through private lessons, groups, and clinics.
- Run socials, corporate events, and tournaments that bring our community together.
- Support player development pathways, from first-time players to competitive club members.
- Act as an ambassador for Padel + Play, ensuring players have a consistent, welcoming, and professional experience.
Essential Requirements
- Passionate about growing the game and delivering fun, engaging sessions.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you thrive in a community environment.
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to build your own programme.
- A working knowledge of social media (content creation is a plus but not essential).
- DBS check, safeguarding, and first aid certification (or willingness to complete before start).
Desirable Requirements
- Ideally a padel coaching certification from a recognised governing body (e.g. LTA, Padel MBA or RPP).
- Recognised tennis or squash qualifications or strong playing history would be advantageous if you do not hold a current padel qualification.
