We're looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Customer Service Team Members who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional service.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Prepare and serve our premium Greek frozen yogurt and toppings to the highest standards.
- Provide outstanding customer service and create memorable experiences.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and food safety standards.
- Handle cash and card payments accurately.
- Restock products and keep the store looking its best.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in hospitality, retail, cafés, restaurants, or customer service is preferred but not essential.
- A positive attitude with a passion for helping customers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a busy environment.
- Flexible to work weekdays, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
