Duties
- Assist passengers/students boarding, alighting, and during transit to ensure safety and comfort
- Provide support for individuals with mobility challenges, including helping with walking or wheelchair transfers
- Ensure all passengers are secured properly before departure and during transit
- Monitor passenger behavior to promote a respectful and safe environment
- Communicate clearly with passengers/parents/teachers, team members, and emergency services when needed
- Support with loading and unloading personal belongings or mobility aids
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of transport vehicles, reporting any issues promptly
Experience
- Prior experience would be highly valued
- Strong communication skills and patience are essential for working effectively with diverse passenger needs
Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14.0 – 22.0 per week
