The Role
We’re working with a law firm in Tunbridge Wells looking for a Real Estate Legal Secretary to join its property team.
You’ll provide hands-on support to fee earners, helping them manage their workloads and ensuring matters are organised and progressing effectively.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and formatting legal documents and correspondence
- Opening, maintaining and closing property files
- Liaising with clients, solicitors and other third parties
- Managing diaries, meetings and key dates
- Assisting with Land Registry documentation and property searches
- Supporting fee earners with billing and file administration
- Preparing documents relating to commercial property transactions
- Keeping files and case management systems accurate and up to date
We’d particularly like to hear from candidates with previous legal secretarial or legal support experience. Real Estate or Commercial Property experience would be ideal, although candidates with relevant experience from another property department are also encouraged to apply.
You’ll need to be organised, accurate and confident managing competing priorities, with a professional approach to client communication.
