Responsibilities
- Safely operate cleaning equipment, including squeegees, scrubbers, and ladders, to reach high or difficult areas
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and frames thoroughly, ensuring streak-free results
- Use environmentally friendly cleaning solutions to achieve optimal shine while prioritizing safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and address any concerns
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures during work to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages observed during cleaning tasks for prompt resolution
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to operate a vehicle is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English for effective client interactions and team collaboration
- Prior experience in window cleaning or related maintenance roles is a plus but not required; training will be provided
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
- Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, climb ladders, and lift moderate loads for extended periods

Pay: £29,380.00-£41,600.00 per year
