Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality hair styling, colouring services tailored to client needs.
- Assist with duties including appointment scheduling and maintaining a welcoming salon environment.
- Mentor and support junior stylists, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Engage in upselling of products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities such as greeting clients, booking appointments, and processing payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through personalised consultations and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a stylist or senior stylist within a busy salon environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with clients and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services confidently while maintaining client satisfaction.
