Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen
- Collaborate with the Head Chef and Executive Chef, to develop and deliver menus
- Ensure food quality and presentation meets the highest standards
- Supervise and train kitchen staff
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in food preparation and production as necessary
Experience:
- Previous experience in Pubs/Restaurants
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
