Salary: £27,000 – £30,000 OTE
Location: Aldershot – Hybrid working available

We’re actively recruiting a Lettings Property Manager to join our growing team – and we want to hear from you!
About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the most exciting property offices in the South East. You’ll be responsible for managing a vibrant portfolio of 150–160 properties and delivering the outstanding property management service we’re known for.
Following your initial 3 months of in-office training, you’ll benefit from our hybrid working model – 2 days remote, including one day spent on property visits, giving you a great balance of office-based support and on-the-ground insight.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building strong, lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Delivering five-star customer service across all touchpoints – phone, email, and in person
- Introducing yourself as the main contact within 48 hours of move-in
- Managing maintenance issues swiftly and professionally
- Conducting property visits and ensuring safety and compliance
- Managing tenancy renewals and deposit negotiations to maintain continuity
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in Lettings or Property Management
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to challenges
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organisational ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Ideally located within 20 minutes of our Aldershot office – we value local knowledge
