Job Summary
We are looking for Shop Fitting Operatives/Labourers to join our expanding team, working on a range of commercial retail installation and refurbishment projects.

Responsibilities
● Carry out retail installation, fitting, and refurbishment works to a high standard
● Install and assemble shopfitting components, fixtures, and equipment
● Work from drawings, plans, and site instructions where required
● Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
● Complete work efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail
● Work alongside site teams to overcome challenges and meet project deadlines
● Maintain a safe, tidy, and professional working environment
What we are looking for:
● Previous experience in shop fitting, retail installation, fit-out, or a similar trade role
● Good practical knowledge of tools and fitting techniques
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Strong awareness of health and safety on site
● Reliable, hardworking, and flexible approach to work
● CSCS card required
