Due to continued growth, we are seeking a fully qualified Gas Engineer to join our expanding team and support our increasing customer base.
The Role
As a Gas Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering professional, reliable, and safe gas and heating services to both domestic and commercial customers. You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out boiler servicing, fault-finding, repairs, and maintenance of heating systems.
- Install boilers, heating systems, and associated gas appliances.
- Diagnose and resolve breakdowns efficiently and effectively.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain clear communication with customers at all times.
- Complete all work in line with current gas safety regulations and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work completed.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive and professional team.
- Ensure strict compliance with health and safety procedures and company policies.
What We're Looking For
- Fully qualified Gas Engineer with current Gas Safe registration.
- Strong technical knowledge of domestic heating and gas systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding skills.
- Professional, customer-focused approach with strong communication abilities.
- Ability to manage workload effectively and work flexibly to meet customer needs.
- Full UK driving licence preferred.
Essential Qualifications:
- Valid UK driving licence
- CCN1 – Domestic Gas Core
- CENWAT1 – Boilers/Water Heaters
- CKR1 – Cookers
- HTR1 – Fires
