Job Role - Chef
Location: The Truffled Hog, 28 College Square, Stokesley, TS9 5DN
Contract: Part Time, permanent
Salary: £15 - £16.50 per hour.
Hours: Daytime hours only - no evening work

We're looking for an experienced, reliable Chef who enjoys cooking high quality dishes, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality food, and thrives in a busy daytime kitchen. It’s daytime only, which means real cooking and proper standards without the late finishes.
You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality, seasonal dishes that showcase the best of our local suppliers.
Day to day you’ll:
- Cook to a consistently high standard
- Run a clean, efficient, organised kitchen - ordering, stock, prep
- Be responsible for the hygiene standards in your kitchen
- Build genuine relationships with our local suppliers and growers
- Keep us watertight on food safety, hygiene and health & safety
- Work hand-in-glove with front of house so service feels effortless
- Champion seasonality and sustainability, workingto reduce waste significantly
