We are seeking an experienced, passionate and inspiring Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operation. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional with a proven track record in premium restaurants who thrives on delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and motivating a high-performing team.
The Role
As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service, presentation and operational excellence are consistently achieved. You will work closely with the Head Chef and senior management to deliver an exceptional experience for every guest while driving the commercial success of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding hospitality.
- Manage all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Recruit, train, mentor and develop team members.
- Conduct daily briefings and maintain exceptional service standards.
- Build strong relationships with guests, creating memorable experiences and encouraging repeat visits.
- Oversee reservations, table management and service planning.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor labour costs, stock control and departmental performance.
- Drive beverage and food sales through effective upselling and team coaching.
- Ensure compliance with licensing, food safety, health & safety and company policies.
- Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively.
About You
You’ll be an experienced hospitality leader who is passionate about service and enjoys leading from the floor.
You’ll ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager within a premium or fine dining restaurant.
- Outstanding leadership and people management skills.
- A passion for exceptional food, wine and hospitality.
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing labour costs and departmental performance.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism.
- WSET qualification or strong wine knowledge (desirable).
- Personal Licence Holder (desirable).

Pay: £34,000.00-£37,000.00 per year
