- Monitor the health and wellbeing of the people we support and promptly report any concerns or changes to an appropriate senior colleague.

Previous experience in care or an SVQ Level 2 in Health Social Care would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
This role requires PVG Scheme membership (or willingness to obtain), SSSC registration (or willingness to obtain) and satisfactory references in line with Safer Recruitment guidance.
