Our client is on the lookout for energetic, confident people to join their growing London-based team as a
Sales Development Representative (SDR). This role is
100% focused on transferable skills, not previous experience. If you enjoy talking to people, learning quickly, and pushing yourself to hit goals, this could be the perfect first step into a high-earning sales career.
What you’ll be doing:
- Starting conversations with potential customers via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualifying leads and understanding customer needs
- Booking meetings for senior sales reps
- Learning how to sell, persuade, and communicate at a professional level
- Working towards clear targets with the support of a hands-on team and manager
What our client is looking for:
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Resilience, motivation, and a competitive edge
- Experience from customer service, retail, hospitality, sport, call centres, or similar roles is a bonus — but not required
