Job Function:
To undertake general small building works and provide labouring support in compliance with company policy and procedure
Principle Accountabilities:
- Delivery of small works and general labouring on site in compliance with the agreed project specification and within agreed timescales
- Liaison with the Project/Site Manager at all times striving to ensure that project works are delivered on time, snag free and to the agreed specification
- Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, CBES HSE management systems, procedures or instructions as they apply
- Striving to achieve snag free completion and where snagging occurs to ensure it is resolved within 6 working days
- Ensuring company vehicle (where provided) is kept clean, well maintained and serviced as required
- Comply with any other reasonable management instruction
- Working alongside external contractors as and when required
- Lone working may be required
- Must be able to communicate effectively with tenants of maintained public properties
Full-time role: Monday to Friday (Backshift - 40 hours per week)
Part-time role: Saturday & Sunday (16 hours per week)
