We're on the lookout for bus drivers to join our superb driving team here at Kinchbus.
A PCV licence is not necessary as we do offer full driver training.
We have been serving Loughborough and its residents for 30 + years and we're well renowned for providing a friendly, local and reliable service.

The successful applicant for this role will:
- Have great communication skills
- Be enthusiastic, flexible, friendly and reliable and have a good sense of humour
- Have a full car licence, with at least 12 months driving experience
- It will also help if you have your own transport
- Be willing and able to work various hours
We offer full-time contracts with a minimum of 39 hours weekly and a pay rate ranging from £13.70 to £17.20* an hour (after training) plus weekend enhancements. Many of our buses run over the full 7 days of the week, starting from very early in the morning and running through until after midnight - with some also operating throughout the night**.
You'll receive free travel for you and a family member, discounts at major brands and retailers, and will be paid weekly with overtime opportunities.
*£17.20 an hour is the rate of pay for night shifts. For a full explanation of our pay structure - please feel free to enquire.
**night shifts are on a separate rota and are not compulsory.
