We are recruiting for an experienced Assistant Manager to join our fantastic team at our exciting location in Ashley Cross.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading shifts to ensure outstanding levels of service to guests
- Setting a positive example for the rest of the team
- On shift coaching & support to develop the capability of your team
- Delivery of company KPI's
- Weekly Stocktake
- Responsible for recruiting, training & retaining team
- Providing feedback to the GM and owners
- Taking an active role in the development of the restaurant
- Providing holiday cover for the GM
