A very exciting opportunity is available at our Poulton venue. We are looking for a talented, charismatic and highly driven Assistant Manager who is passionate to perform. This will be an all encompassing role assisting with the operation of the funkiest bar in Poulton.
Required:
Strong previous experience in a management or supervisory role
Bar and cocktail trained
Uncompromising high standards
Exceptional customer service
A desire to lead, motivate and drive staff members at all times
Excellent organisational and administration skills
Charisma, enthusiasm and outstanding people skills
A willingness to learn and desire to constantly develop
Highly desirable:
Personal licence holder
First aid trained
