St Keverne Pre school is Ofsted rated Good. Inspected 14th March 2022.
We are a small rural setting for 6months to 4 year olds. Max role 25.
We pride ourself on high quality delivery with lots of fun. We provide a safe nurturing environment. We prepare children for their progression into full time education. We have a rapidly expanding baby provision.
We are looking for:
At least a Level 3 early years qualification with leadership and management experience.
Level 2 qualification in Maths. (GCSE C/4 or equivalent)
Good organisational, record keeping and planning skills.
Able to maintain confidentiality at all times.
Able to promote and market the setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with colleagues, parents, careers and children.
Able to provide quality consistently high levels of quality care and education opportunities to all children.
Be caring, friendly, approachable, open, inclusive, welcoming and personable.
You will be be required to manage all aspect of the nursery setting. We are a charity run setting with a highly skilled team.
Experience in funding and finance preferred but training can be provided.

Successful applicants will be required to undertake an advanced disclosure (DBS).
Pay will be £15 an hour
Hours are 30 + Monday to Friday term time only.
Pay is over 12 months with holiday multiplier included.
