Are you a property professional with experience in managing commercial properties and a passion for delivering great outcomes?
We're looking for an enthusiastic Commercial Premises Surveyor to help maximise the potential of our commercial property portfolio while further developing strong relationships with tenants, stakeholders and local businesses.
Please note: this is a temporary position for a period of up to 12 months.
About the role
If you're someone who enjoys the commercial side of property, developing strong professional relationships and seeing the impact of your work, this could be the role for you.
You'll take ownership of a varied portfolio of commercial premises, working with tenants, businesses and colleagues to ensure properties are well managed and performing effectively. From lease negotiations and rent reviews to property inspections and asset management, you'll use your commercial awareness, attention to detail and problem-solving skills to deliver positive outcomes.
This is a role that offers plenty of freedom to manage your own work, variety and the chance to make a genuine differencesupporting local businesses while helping us get the very best from our commercial property portfolio.

Has excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach, with the ability to analyse information, manage property-related data and deliver accurate outcomes.

Is ambitious, proactive and enthusiastic, with a genuine interest in commercial property and a desire to develop their professional knowledge and expertise.

Maintain and develop positive relationships with ease and is confident communicating, negotiating and working collaboratively with customers, businesses, professional advisers and colleagues.

Can balance competing priorities, stay organised and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Takes pride in providing excellent customer service and finding practical solutions to challenges.

Has experience within commercial property, surveying or asset management and enjoys working in a varied and rewarding environment.
