About the Role
This is a varied and hands-on position, ideal for someone with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of administrative and accounts experience who enjoys a mix of administrative, financial, and documentation tasks. You will work flexibly for up to 15 hours per week, supporting the day-to-day running of the business with a broad range of responsibilities. A genuine interest in technology is important, as you will be working within a tech-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day administrative tasks, including drafting and processing contracts and agreements
- Compiling, maintaining, and updating business documentation, including process guides, reports, and internal records
- Creating and scheduling social media posts to support our communications
- Handling accounts operations, including invoicing, expense tracking, and financial record keeping
- Working within accounting software (such as QuickBooks or similar) to maintain accurate financial records
- Organising and maintaining filing systems, both digital and physical
- Supporting general office coordination and communication
About You
The ideal candidate will bring the following skills and experience:
- A minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in an administrative role
- Previous experience with accounting or bookkeeping, including working with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, or similar)
- Experience compiling and maintaining business documentation, reports, or process guides
- A genuine interest in technology and confidence working within a tech-focused environment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working with social media platforms for business communications
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently
- Good written and verbal communication skills
