Available RolesChef de Partie
As a Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and cooking fresh food.
- Managing your kitchen section during service.
- Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation.
Bartender
Our Bartenders are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer service and preparing a wide range of drinks.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Providing friendly, professional customer service.
- Maintaining a clean and organised bar.
- Processing payments and operating the till.
- Following licensing and health & safety regulations.
Kitchen Porter
Kitchen Porters play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running efficiently and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
- Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised.
- Assisting with deliveries and stock storage.
- Supporting chefs with basic preparation when required.
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
What We're Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service skills (Front of House roles).
- Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
- Previous experience is preferred for Chef de Partie and Bartender roles, but training can be provided for the right candidates.
