What you'll be doing:

Handling complex pension queries and delivering accurate, compliant casework within agreed timescales.

Completing and quality-checking pension and payroll calculations to ensure high levels of accuracy and compliance.

Acting as a technical specialist, providing guidance, support and training to colleagues.

Analysing, maintaining and reporting on pension data to support effective decision-making and data quality.

Supporting project delivery through close collaboration with pension, payroll and client stakeholders.

Providing technical updates, insights and recommendations to a range of stakeholders.
What you'll bring:

Experience in pension administration.

Ability to perform complex pension calculations accurately.

Strong understanding of pension legislation and its practical application.

Ability to explain complex technical information to non-specialists.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
It would be great if you had:

Knowledge of Police Pension Schemes or Civil Service Pension Schemes.

Previous payroll experience.

A professional pension or payroll qualification.

Understanding of the flow of transactions within an integrated HR and payroll system.

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent.
