Sessional Football Coach – Woking, Surrey
We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable football coaches to join our coaching team on a sessional, self-employed basis. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality coaching across a variety of programmes in the Woking, Surrey area.
Pay: £25–£32 per session (depending on experience and qualifications)
Role: Self-employed
Start Date: September 2026
Commitment:
- Evening coaching sessions throughout the week
- Potential Saturday morning coaching and matchday commitments
Programmes Include:
- Higher-level Select Squad training
- Inclusive football coaching
- Grassroots football coaching
- Weekend coaching and matchday support
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate football sessions.
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Support the technical, tactical, physical, and social development of players.
- Represent the organisation professionally and communicate effectively with players, parents, and colleagues.
- Adapt coaching to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum FA Level 1 Coaching Licence (or equivalent).
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
- Reliable, punctual, and passionate about developing young players.
- Previous grassroots coaching experience is preferred.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is desirable.
