Pay: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week, up to 37.5 hours regularly
Location: North Wales Raw Feeds, Bangor, Gwynedd
Contract: Permanent
Work Pattern: Weekends required, plus weekday shifts (Mon–Fri)
About the Role
Join our team at North Wales Raw Feeds in a flexible dual-role position combining Retail Store Assistant and Warehouse Operative duties. This varied role is ideal for someone dependable, proactive, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy warehouse team.
What You’ll Do
Retail Responsibilities
- Run the retail store independently during weekend shifts (must be 18+)
- Serve customers in person and answer online queries (basic computer skills required)
- Assist with creating social media content
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming store environment
Warehouse Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and dispatch orders efficiently to meet daily targets
- Work in industrial freezers at –18°C while wearing full PPE
- Support warehouse operations during quieter retail periods
- Handle products containing common food allergens
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable, self-motivated, and great with people
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in cold environments and around food allergens
- Good level of computer literacy
- Full valid UK driving licence (required)
- Ability to commute reliably to our industrial estate location
- Retail experience preferred
- Welsh language skills desirable
