Monday to Friday 9-6pm
40 hours per week + 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am -1pm

No cold calling, just meaningful conversations with people looking for support and advice. We believe the best sales come through great customer service, taking the time to understand each customer's needs and helping them find the right insurance solution.
Whether you're experienced in insurance or completely new to the industry, we'll set you up for success with comprehensive training, fully funded professional qualifications (CII), and genuine opportunities to develop and progress your career.
In this role, you'll speak with customers who are looking for insurance, taking the time to understand their needs and helping them find the right cover.
On a day-to-day basis, you'll:
- Create insurance quotes and renewals over the phone
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and cover where appropriate
- Handle customer enquiries, provide updates, and resolve queries
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every interaction
- Manage multiple tasks and systems as part of a supportive team

We're looking for people with:
- Previous sales experience, ideally in a telephone-based or customer-facing environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good attention to detail
- Confidence using computer systems
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
