Overview
We are seeking Hard Working Individuals ideally with a labouring background, experience in demolition Desirable, But for the Right candidate’s Training will be provided. The location for the position is LE5 Nearby to the general hospital And the works will last approximately 4-5 weeks with potential for further work for the Right individuals.
Duties
General Labouring duties such as filling buckets with plaster and taking out to the skips and the exclusion zones.
Using a crowbar and a sledgehammer to take down internal walls.
Taking down ceilings and Cutting out pipework.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong work ethic and Ability to work on your own initiative.
- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, And working at Heights Certs.
- CSCS Card Green
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive mindset with problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to changing needs.
- Driving License Not required as long as you can make it on site for 07.30.
- Face Fit preferred.
Preferred qualifications include experience working in a collaborative team environment, Valid CSCS Card, Asbestos awareness, Manual HandlinG, Working at Heights. As well as a basic use of hand and power tools.
