Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our dynamic team in. This role is vital in ensuring our clothing products are crafted to the highest standards, supporting our mission to deliver personalized fashion with precision and care.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain sewing and embroidery machines to produce high-quality garments.
- Assist in the labeling, printing, and embroidery processes to ensure accuracy.
- Follow production schedules and quality standards diligently.
- Conduct routine machine checks and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support team members in meeting daily production targets.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience with machine operation in a manufacturing or textile environment would be advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.
- Mechanical knowledge or experience with embroidery or printing equipment is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
- Basic math skills for measurements and quality checks.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Prior experience in clothing production is preferred but not essential.
