Description:
We're seeking a skilled and experienced Joiner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in joinery and carpentry, with the ability to work with various materials and tools. You will need to maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. As a versatile Joiner, you'll be responsible for a wide range of joinery tasks to be completed to a high standard, including:
- Installing doors, windows, staircases, kitchens and flooring and built-in storage units.
- Assisting a team of joiners in erecting stud walls and plaster boarding in new build apartments and timber frame extensions
- First and second fix joinery tasks
- Bespoke design details to be crafted
- Repairing damaged joinery elements and fittings.
- Performing routine maintenance on joinery throughout our properties.
- Creating custom joinery pieces to meet specific client needs.
- Use hand tools and power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and finishing materials.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in joinery with a strong understanding of joinery techniques and tools.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Valid CSCS card (preferred).
