The Dales Residential Home is looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Support Worker to join our dedicated day team on a 34-hour contract.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others, building meaningful relationships and making a positive difference in people's lives each day.
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to residents, encouraging independence while helping them enjoy a fulfilling and comfortable daily life.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with daily living activities
- Encouraging independence and choice
- Building positive relationships with residents and their families
- Assisting with social activities and engagement
- Working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support
What We're Looking For
- A caring and compassionate nature
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and a positive attitude
- A genuine desire to support older people
- Previous experience is welcome but not essential
