Cleaning Site Manager
We're looking for a Cleaning Site Manager to join our team.

What you'll be doing

Managing the day-to-day cleaning operation across the site

Leading, motivating, and developing a team of cleaning colleagues

Ensuring all cleaning standards, audits, and quality expectations are achieved

Maintaining compliance with health & safety policies, procedures, and regulations

Managing labour, consumables, and operational budgets effectively

Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders

Conducting team briefings, training, and performance reviews

Responding proactively to client feedback and continuously seeking service improvements

Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of team members

Ensuring equipment and cleaning resources are maintained to the required standard
Who we're looking for

Previous experience in a cleaning management role

Proven leadership experience, with the ability to engage and develop teams

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

Experience managing cleaning standards, audits, and compliance requirements

Good financial awareness, including labour and budget management

A customer-focused approach and commitment to service excellence

Knowledge of health & safety and cleaning best practice
