Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience as a Sous Chef , A passion for food and working with fresh and high quality ingredients . A excellent leader with a positive and enthusiastic attitude .
- Previous experience of working within high volume and fast paced kitchen
- Great under pressure
- Able to motivate the team
- Able to show a great cooperation with front of house
- Loves teamwork
- Knowledge of health and safety
- Able to cover all the section when needed
- Have a strong grasp of stock control , budgets and scheduling
