- Personally manage key client campaigns while providing quality control for creative work delivered by Marketing colleagues.
- Support campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and client recommendations.
- Manage advertising budgets effectively, making strategic allocation decisions based on performance and client objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and implement changes quickly to correct underperformance or scale success.
- Optimise all elements of campaigns including structure, keywords, bidding strategies, audiences, creatives, ad copy, and landing page journeys.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting using GA4, Google Tag Manager, platform pixels, and conversion tracking.
- Lead structured testing (ad copy, creative, audiences, landing pages) to continuously improve results.
- Analyse full-funnel performance, focusing on lead quality and commercial impact.
- Prepare and present clear, insightful client reports with actionable recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of internal processes, reporting standards, and best-practice frameworks.
Requirements:

- Understanding of automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, and similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear actions and recommendations.
- Confident communicator who can present performance insights and strategy effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines.
- Commercially minded with strong ownership of results.
