Children’s Residential Support Workers - 12-Week Contract in Guernsey, Channel Islands
- Payrate: £23.00 per hour (paid every Friday)

- Contract: Must be able to commit to a 3 block booking
Nursdoc are currently partnered with a leading children’s & adolescent service in Guernsey, who are looking for Support Worker (with residential or unit childcare experience) to join their team on a contracted basis for the next 12 weeks (with the potential to extend).

You will be working either in our clients secure units or across our small group homes, supporting children in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment. Requirements:
- Enhanced DBS (Children & Adult) on the Update Service or issued within the last 6 months
- Able to commit to a 12 week booking on the island
- Level 3 in Residential Childcare (desirable)
- UK Drivers license and you are happy to take your vehicle via ferry to Guernsey
- Previous experience in a children’s residential or similar support role
- A compassionate, resilient, and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
