About the Role
Due to continued growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team in Reading. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious marketing professional to play a key role in developing, delivering, and optimising marketing campaigns that support business growth and customer engagement.
The successful candidate will have the freedom to bring creative ideas to campaigns while working within agreed budgets and deadlines. You will work closely with sales teams, product managers, external agencies, and key stakeholders to deliver measurable marketing results.
Key Responsibilities
- Arranging and confirming meetings with existing and prospective clients
- Attending business meetings and events throughout the UK
- Managing, developing, optimising, and reporting on marketing campaigns
- Briefing and coordinating with external marketing agencies
- Collaborating with sales and product management teams to support business objectives
- Gathering market insights, customer feedback, and campaign performance data
- Providing regular stakeholder updates and campaign reports
- Supporting the measurement and reporting of campaign impact and return on investment (ROI)
- Researching relevant industry events, exhibitions, and award opportunities
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and business partners
Requirements
- Previous experience in a marketing, campaign management, or business development role
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Confident attending meetings and representing the business professionally
- Proactive, creative, and results-driven approach
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel throughout the UK when required
