Duties
- Provide a range of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client needs and preferences.
- Engage with clients to understand their desired outcomes and offer professional advice on hair care and styling options.
- Upsell additional services such as treatments and products.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist in training new team members to uphold salon standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the salon environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sanitised.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
Experience
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients effectively.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and team members alike.
