We have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Support Services team at our Lathom site as Assistant Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will report directly to the Facilities Manager and be involved in the management of the site. They will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects and will liaise and co-ordinate efforts between on-site permanent contractors and temporary contractors as required.
Key responsibilities will include:

Planning and implementing routine maintenance.

Communicating and co-ordinating with internal colleagues and contractors.

Ensuring all work complies to legislative requirements.

Updating site drawings as required.

Supervising electrical inspections and keeping appropriate records.

Prioritising workloads.
What are we looking for?
-
You should have some experience of electrical wiring installations including single and three phase supply distribution.

You should be computer literate in all Microsoft applications.
-
You should have HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.

You should have Auto Cad experience.
-
You must be a confident communicator – being able to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide variety of personnel.
