Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all hotel departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest services and overall guest satisfaction.
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security throughout the hotel premises.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to uphold the hotel's reputation.
- Coordinate with human resources on employee relations, compliance, and training programmes.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all hotel activities.
- Analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
Experience
- Proven supervisory experience within the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Extensive hotel experience with a comprehensive understanding of guest services standards.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams effectively.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous.
- Knowledge of human resources practices relevant to hospitality management.
- Experience in managing budgets, financial reporting, and operational planning.
- Demonstrated ability to handle guest relations professionally and diplomatically.
