We're looking for a self-employed owner driver to work on one of our medical sector contracts.
This opportunity would be perfect for someone living in York, where this job starts at 11:45. The driver would be making a small number of collections in York and West Yorkshire, before delivering all consignments to a site in the North West at around 16:15. This would be five days per-week Monday to Friday.
The ideal candidate would be someone semi-retired and looking for a part-time driving job!
Key requirements
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Access to a reliable car (electric, hybrid, or efficient) or small van (e.g. VW Caddy, Ford Connect etc.)
- A willingness to wear our branded clothing during working hours.
- Polite, kind, and respectful
- Ability to act as a self employed contractor to Lightning Logistics International LTD
